As the project neared completion, the construction and sales team faced a common challenge: the need for final touch-ups and repairs. Newly installed hardwood floors had scratches and scuffs, bathtubs and sinks bore dents and scratches, entry doors showed scuffs, and kitchen cabinetry had multiple dents and scratches, window pane coatings had scratches.

WTS, renowned for its precision in surface repair and finishing, was hired to put the finishing touches on all the small damages throughout the condos at One High Line. Our team meticulously restored the oak flooring, repaired marble surfaces, repaired the window pane surfaces,, and addressed issues with the Molteni Larch cabinetry. Entry doors were refinished to ensure a flawless first impression. 

The result was transformative. Potential buyers and residents were greeted by flawless interiors that truly reflected the luxury promised by One High Line. Our work ensured that every apartment was move-in ready, with no visible signs of the construction process.
